Before you choose a package, we’ll start with a short, no-obligation clarity call.

This is a relaxed, confidential 30-minute conversation where you can share what’s happening for you or your organisation – your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to be different.

You’ll come away with:

  • a clearer picture of where you are now and what matters most

  • some initial ideas about possible next steps

  • an understanding of how I work and which package (if any) might suit you.

There is no pressure to commit to anything on the call. It’s simply a chance for us both to see whether we’re a good fit.

Package 1: 60-Minute Breakthrough Session

A focused session to untangle a specific issue and move forward with clarity.

  • This option is ideal if you:

    • have a particular challenge, decision or situation you want to work through

    • feel stuck in a pattern and want a fresh perspective

    • are facing a difficult conversation or change and would like support to prepare

    • want to experience coaching before committing to an ongoing series.

    You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out – just a willingness to talk openly and explore what’s really going on.

  • By the end of our hour together, you can expect to have:

    • a clearer understanding of what’s sitting underneath the issue

    • a fresh way of looking at the situation

    • 2–3 practical strategies tailored to your context

    • an immediate action step you can take after the session

    • a sense of feeling more grounded and less alone with the problem.

  • Before we meet, I’ll invite you to reflect briefly on the main issue you’d like to focus on.

    During the session, we will:

    • explore your current situation and what you’d like instead

    • identify what may be keeping you stuck

    • consider different options and possible ways forward

    • agree on specific actions you feel ready to take.

    The conversation is calm, confidential and judgment-free. You’re welcome to have a notebook handy to capture key insights and next steps.

    • 1 × 60-minute online or phone coaching session

    • brief pre-session reflection questions

    • a short follow-up email summarising key insights and agreed actions.

Package 2: Leadership Coaching Series

Ongoing coaching to support deeper, sustained change in how you lead and live.

  • This series is designed for leaders, managers and professionals who:

    • are stepping into a new or expanded role

    • are navigating complex people issues, change or conflict

    • want to build confidence and presence as a leader

    • are seeking a more sustainable, values-aligned way of working

    • know that one session won’t be enough – they want support over time.

    You might work in the public sector, not-for-profit, community or corporate space; the common thread is that you lead people and care about the impact you have.

  • A typical Leadership Coaching Series spans around 3–6 months and includes:

    • an initial free 30-minute clarity call

    • 1 × 90-minute discovery session to explore your context and set goals

    • 5–11 × 60-minute coaching sessions, scheduled fortnightly or monthly

    • optional email check-ins between sessions.

    Together, we’ll co-create a simple development plan that might focus on areas such as:

    • having difficult conversations with more ease

    • setting boundaries and managing time and energy

    • leading through change with steadiness and clarity

    • building a healthier, more constructive team culture

    • aligning your leadership with your values.

    The structure will be tailored to your needs and availability.

  • Over the course of the series, you can expect to:

    • deepen your self-awareness and understanding of your leadership style

    • feel more confident making decisions and handling complex situations

    • build practical tools and habits you can use with your team

    • notice shifts in how you relate to your work, your colleagues and yourself

    • finish the series with a clearer sense of direction and ongoing next steps.

    • 1 × 90-minute discovery / goal-setting session

    • 5–11 × 60-minute coaching sessions (online or by phone)

    • simple development plan and, if you wish, learning journal prompts

    • brief email check-ins between sessions as agreed.

Package 3: Bespoke Leadership & Team Program

A tailored program for organisations wanting to support their leaders and teams more broadly.

  • This option is for organisations that want more than individual coaching – you’re looking to build capability and culture across a team or group of leaders.

    It’s particularly helpful when you are:

    • going through change, restructuring or growth

    • wanting a more cohesive and consistent leadership group

    • seeing signs of stress, burnout or tension in teams

    • working in complex or emotionally demanding environments

    • ready to invest in leadership, culture and wellbeing in a more intentional way.

    I work with organisations across the public, local government, not-for-profit, community and corporate sectors.

  • Each program is co-designed with you and may include a mix of:

    • individual executive and leadership coaching

    • group coaching for leadership or project teams

    • workshops on compassionate and trauma-informed leadership

    • sessions on culture, values and “how we do things around here”

    • support for leaders to have difficult conversations and give clear feedback

    • time management and priority setting

    • team building and facilitated conversations

    • wellbeing and work–life balance.

    We’ll select and shape the elements that genuinely fit your context, workforce and goals.

    1. Exploratory discussion
      We start with a conversation to understand your context, goals, constraints and budget.

    2. Program design
      I propose a program outline with options, so you can see what’s possible at different levels of investment.

    3. Delivery
      We deliver the agreed mix of coaching, workshops and facilitated sessions, usually over several months.

    4. Review and next steps
      We check in on how the program is landing, what’s shifting, and what might be useful to focus on next.

    Throughout, we keep communication clear and grounded, with a focus on real-world impact rather than ticking boxes.

  • The exact inclusions will depend on what we design together, but may involve:

    • discovery conversations with key stakeholders

    • tailored workshop design and delivery

    • one-to-one and/or group coaching

    • materials and resources for participants

    • review and recommendations at the end of the program.
